    Thank you for all these reminders. Today is my BIRTHDAY!!! And I am giving myself the BEST GIFT EVER!!!!!

    an Arm Lift. I have been exercising and working my A** off to lose weight. I have been successful and I have lost almost 20 pounds. Yehey for ME!!! But the Arms… take away all the joy the weighing scale gives when I look at myself in the mirror and see my arms!!!!!

    Sagging… big… ugly…

    So I decided to do it!!!! And…. there is no other day but today my Birthday to do it.

    Again thank you for the advice.. I feel I am ready.
